Job Description:

At Protocall Services, we believe in the power of human connection to improve our communities.  We're seeking an energetic leader committed to making an impact to join our dynamic team as the Director of Community and Stakeholder Relations for the New Hampshire Rapid Response Program (NHRRAP). We’re looking for a dynamic, innovative, and deeply passionate contributor to the greater good to help continue our history of expanding impact at every opportunity, while staying at the forefront of strategic initiatives that improve mental and behavioral health services across the state.

 

In the position of Community and Stakeholder Relations, you will:

  • Proactively engage with New Hampshire residence at various community meetings, conferences and other avenues to understand the needs of the community

  • Seek out new opportunities for New Hampshire Rapid Response Program (NHRRAP) to help further improve and expand behavioral health access for all New Hampshire residence.

  • Strategize and lead impactful community engagement and media relations efforts.

  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders from local, State, Federal governments and non-profit organizations, and creating alliances that foster community resilience.

  • Key contributor to community needs assessment, strategy development, innovative service design, and measurable outcomes for our New Hampshire communities.

Qualifications:

  • A driven leader with a passion for mental health advocacy and community service.

  • You live in New Hampshire and have knowledge and experience working within New Hampshire’s Behavioral Healthcare systems and serving diverse populations.

  • Experienced in managing complex programs and navigating diverse stakeholder landscapes including government relations. 

  • At ease with speaking in public forums, conferences, government committees, etc…

  • Equity-focused and ready to promote services that make a lasting difference in the lives of all New Hampshire residence.

  • An advanced degree in behavioral health or social work is preferred
