Job description

Job overview: We are looking for proactive and organized a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, social media management, handling correspondence, and performing general office duties. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as requested.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organization.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Teams.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
