Job Responsibilities

• Actively participating in the product lifecycle, contributing to various stages, including concept development, design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, etc.)
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills. Your role will involve actively engaging with team members, asking relevant questions, attentively listening to insights, fostering team alignment, and effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, even without formal authority.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, content, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of features. a user-centric approach will involve advocating for the platform's subscribers, understanding their preferences, and incorporating their feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Familiar with Scrum Agile and Kanban frameworks.
