Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be

more than 3-5)

1. Expertise in Infor Hansen Functional Consultant

2. Application Implementation, Upgrade, Support & Development Experience

3. Knowledge in all the ERP Modules

4. Experience in support work environment based on SLAs, AMS projects

5. Flexible to work during weekend based on business requirements

6. Should have experience in Finance or Non-Finance

Good-to-Have

1. Experience in Supply points, Service orders,Route

Management,NSLP,UMS,Asset Management, Address Maintenance,

Embedded Network,Web Portal, Readings, Basic Meter Readings,Interval

Readings

2. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

3. Should be able to work on documentation like Business Requirement, test

Case preparation,Business process

4. Basic Project Management skills like knowledge of Effort Estimation,

Tasks Scheduling, Weekly Status Reporting, Driving Meetings.

5. Infor OS working experience

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Expertise in Billing Meter to Cash and Finance Modules

2 Experience in Support, AMS, implementation, Upgrade and Supportl

3 Good documentation skills in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Specs

4 Ability to work independently with little guidance and inputs.

5 Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager on reporting weekly status.

6 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
