Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: United States - Remote

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will have a significant impact on ongoing agentic work across the Salesloft platform, designing both new and existing AI agents. You will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, powerful experiences that leverage artificial intelligence to empower our users and drive meaningful business outcomes. 

You will design product initiatives while advocating for the end-user in all things relating to our core platform; wireframes, prototypes, and beautiful UI. WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Lead the end-to-end design of complex product initiatives, with a strong focus on AI agent development. This includes ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity UI specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI functionalities into elegant and user-friendly designs.
  • Articulate design solutions to cross-functional teams as well as executive stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how AI works and how to effectively design for AI-powered experiences, ensuring our agents are intelligent, adaptable, and seamlessly integrated into user workflows.
  • Advocate for the end-user in all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring our AI agents solve real problems and enhance productivity.
  • Contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across the Salesloft platform.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Senior Product Designer (6+ years): Proven experience in end-to-end product design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing impact and design process.
  • AI-Savvy Designer: Experience designing for AI-powered products and/or a keen interest in emerging AI design patterns.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • User-Centered & Data-Driven: Strong foundation in user-centered design, leveraging insights, analytics, and best practices to inform design decisions and advocating for the user throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions, negotiate trade-offs with product and engineering, and lead creative processes within an Agile environment.
  • System Thinker & Advocate: Designs for scale and consistency, actively contributing to and advocating for design systems.
  • Strategic & Business-Minded: Masters understanding and communicating business objectives for product areas, ensuring design aligns with strategic goals.
  • Deadline-Driven & Efficient: Proven ability to plan and execute work effectively, maximizing efficiency within development methodologies.
  • UI/UX Expert: Possesses in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards, using research and theory to support recommendations.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range
$151,000$180,000 USD
