IC4 Senior Product Designer - Retail & Benefits

About the Role 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and support the design strategy to deliver outstanding digital experiences. You’ll ensure that our solutions are intuitive, usable, and visually appealing, while aligned with business objectives and user needs. 

You’ll be responsible for defining user flows, wireframes, UI, and information architecture—translating core product and service functionalities across relevant channels and devices. You’ll play a key role in shaping user behavior through design, generating measurable impact on the business. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, UI components, and information architecture. 

• Ensure the usability and desirability of the proposed product/service solution. 

• Design low to high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design intent. 

• Participate in user research and contribute to user understanding efforts. 

• Help define metrics that measure product success from the user's perspective. 

• Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across the product/service. 

• Document the user experience across ideation and delivery stages (personas, strategic vision, IA, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, etc.). 

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality execution. 

• Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s UI kit and design systems. 

• Partner with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on vision and execution. 

Required Knowledge and Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role. 

• Mastery of user-centered design methodologies. 

• Deep understanding of information architecture. 

• Proficiency in digital prototyping and wireframing tools. 

• Strong skills in interface, information, and navigation design. 

• Expertise in usability and accessibility best practices. 

• Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC). 

• Strong skills in visual design and concept development. 

• Experience designing and optimizing user flows. 

• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.

This position is remote, the ideal candidate will be located in México.
