What you’ll do:

Continuously search for and evaluate suitable B2B influencers with a focus on YouTube
Build strong relationships with influencers through hands-on operations and agency partnerships
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience with a focus on driving growth in specific categories and locations
Identify, recruit, and nurture our affiliate partners.
Educate and collaborate with affiliates to create marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Monitor performance and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer and affiliate marketing seamlessly into our overall marketing strategy.

What we expect from you:

4+ years of influencer and affiliate marketing experience for B2B tech brands
Strong content sense; plays a critical role in building and fostering impact in influencer and affiliate creatives, especially on YouTube, to support business goals
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-independent, agile and result-oriented
