Job Summary
K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst & Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing and documenting processes, and delivering ServiceNow platform solutions that align with business needs and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design, document, and implement optimized workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.
- Act as a liaison between business units and ServiceNow technical teams.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct testing, training, and support during implementation phases.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer.
- 2+ years working with ServiceNow platform or similar platform, especially ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications preferred.
Location and Travel
This position is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to client sites, ServiceNow events, and internal meetings as required.
