Job description

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Head of Creative Marketing who can build and lead a world-class creative engine for user acquisition and brand growth.

As our Head of Creative Marketing, you will:

— Accelerate your expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle communication;
— Contribute to building the #1 business in our niche;
— Learn the fundamentals and internal mechanics of a tech business first-hand;
— Work alongside sharp, results-oriented teammates.

    Responsibilities:
    — Own and drive creative marketing strategy with a focus on performance and scalability;
    — Build, lead, and mentor a team of creative marketers, video editors, and designers;
    — Systemize the creative production pipeline from idea to launch, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency;
    — Lead AI and automation initiatives with high budget support and drive MarTech development to improve creative workflows;
    — Lead cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Product teams;
    —Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and platforms to ensure our creative strategy remains innovative and differentiated.

      Requirements:
      3+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps, tech products, or DTC consumer businesses;
      — Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social or performance marketing channels;
      — Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams;
      — Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and their creative requirements;
      — Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies and how to scale winning assets;
      — Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
      — Fluent in English (B2+).
