What We Need:

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the preparation of all external reporting forms (10-K, 10-Q, etc.), proxy statements, earnings releases, and other forms of financial reporting including management reporting.
• Create, implement, and own reporting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: financial close, management reporting package, press release, and financial statements.
• Assist with Month-End Close duties pertaining to Financial Reporting.
• Assist with any Technical Accounting - Ex. ASC 606 or ASC 842. Doing the research of impacts on team/organization.
• Some Writing & Developing Memos.
• Special Ad-Hoc requests from Leadership.
• Be a trusted partner and work with multiple team members across the company including Finance, HR, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, FP&A, Accounting, and Tax.
• Implement and manage reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (SEC Reporting and/or Audit)
• Experience with US GAPP and SEC Reporting requirements
• Experience with Workiva preferred

What You'll Bring:
