About the Job
We are looking for a full-time experienced Ecommerce Manager who will be responsible for the growth and optimization of our marketplace & retailer.com sites such as Walmart (1P & Marketplace), Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, and more. This candidate will collaborate with Ecommerce, Sales, and Marketing Teams to improve the customer experience and drive growth across our digital channels.This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Ecommerce.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the merchandising, promotional, and sales strategy to drive online sales (Walmart.com and Target.com as primary focus)
- Collaborate with retailer’s eCommerce teams to ensure prime website placements, run promotions, and maximize visibility for our products
- Collaborate with the Director of Ecommerce Advertising to develop and execute a multi-channel traffic generation strategy to increase paid and organic traffic
- Assist the Content Team in creating and maintaining search-relevant (SEO) and best-in-category Product Detail Page content (titles, bullet points, Keywords) for 1,000+ SKUs
- Manage product content in Salsify and execute syndication workflows to key partner websites
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Monitor performance metrics and trends; Present weekly and monthly data to leadership and provide actionable insights based on key performance metrics (sales, traffic, CTR, CVR, Buy Box %, SOV, etc)
- Create and execute site specific promotions designed to increase traffic and improve conversion
- Track reviews, ratings, and returns across Bazaarvoice and retailer websites to uncover insights and drive product and content improvements
- Work with Sales and Operations to forecast sales and promotional activity, ensuring healthy inventory levels across channels
- Manage Enhanced Brand Content and brand stores
- Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitive activity across marketplaces.
- Manage a contract team member responsible for Walmart Marketplace operations
Skills & Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 3 years related experience required
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces. Shopify & Amazon experience is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques
- Experience executing different promotional campaigns across multiple ecommerce platforms
- Understanding of margins, ROAS, and P&L surrounding e-commerce initiatives
- Ability to analyze data that actions informed decision making
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Salsify, or ecommerce management platforms preferred.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $115,000 DOE
Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.
Location:
Hybrid schedule with one day / week in office at our Fullerton, CA headquarters. Open to remote employment for the right candidate.
