Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for international users and stakeholders on infrastructure support, service delivery, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely communication, reporting, and resolution of issues.
  • Translate complex technical topics into business language for client-facing interactions.

Team & Operations Leadership

  • Lead geographically distributed teams in Remote Desktop Support or end point management.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, continuous monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, incident resolution times, and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure effective resource planning, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adoption of a flexible work pattern as required for the business.

Infrastructure Management

  • Lead and manage the EUX team, including desktop support specialists, engineers, and technicians.
  • Ensure optimal performance, uptime, and capacity planning for core infrastructure systems.
  • Drive standardization and modernization efforts for endpoint and access management.

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Provide suggestions and viewpoints to enforce IT security, compliance, and endpoint management policies.
  • Collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring deployment of all software through SCCM or MDM platform
  • Develop and implement the EUX strategy in alignment with the organization’s IT and business goals.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of end-user computing services, including hardware, software, and remote access solutions.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead transformation projects related to end point management and work towards automation where possible.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve service delivery, security, and scalability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, executives, and vendors to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. 10–15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and support. 4+ years in a senior managerial role interfacing with international clients. Proven experience managing large-scale remote desktop support teams. Having experience in leading Service Desk, Network Operations, and IDAM is a plus.
