Urgent Hiring: Sales/BPO Recruiters – PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles.
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Apna, etc.), social media, local networks, and referrals.
Organize and conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and telephonic screenings.
Schedule interviews with internal teams or clients and ensure timely coordination.
Maintain daily trackers and ensure proper documentation of candidate data.
Ensure timely joining and reduce dropout rates.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent or bulk hiring needs.
Work under pressure to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Requirements
6 months – 2 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment / field hiring
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply
Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of general staffing, field hiring, or BPO hiring preferred
Experience using ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹12k- 15k(Negotiable based on experience)
Benefits: PF + ESIC
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays
