Urgent Hiring: Sales/BPO Recruiters – PAN India

Company: 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Location: PAN India (Remote/On-ground depending on region)
Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Salary- 12-14k (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles.

  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Apna, etc.), social media, local networks, and referrals.

  • Organize and conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and telephonic screenings.

  • Schedule interviews with internal teams or clients and ensure timely coordination.

  • Maintain daily trackers and ensure proper documentation of candidate data.

  • Ensure timely joining and reduce dropout rates.

  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent or bulk hiring needs.

  • Work under pressure to meet aggressive hiring targets.



Requirements
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment / field hiring

  • Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of general staffing, field hiring, or BPO hiring preferred

  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools is a plus

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)

    • Weekly Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays
