Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on performing administrative tasks and supporting clients with their daily operational needs. Candidates with a virtual assistant background are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute various administrative tasks assigned by the client, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule, post, and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct detailed online research and provide concise summaries or actionable insights.
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and reporting.
  • Monitor, organize, and maintain digital files, records, and tools for client projects.
  • Assist in managing calendars, emails, and communications to streamline workflows.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools used by clients or the organization.
  • Provide virtual assistance to clients, including responding to inquiries and troubleshooting minor issues.


Requirements
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and formula usage.
  • Highly tech-savvy with a proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of content scheduling tools.
  • Experience in virtual assistance, particularly in administrative and digital tasks, is a plus.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
