WABB is a modern no-code WhatsApp automation platform built for SMBs. Think drag-and-drop WhatsApp bot builder meets cost-friendly, unlimited messaging with a goal to help 20,000+ businesses automate their sales, support, and marketing without writing a single line of code. As we grow rapidly across India, we’re looking for a full-funnel Account Executive who thrives on converting inbound leads, doesn’t shy away from outbound hustle, and loves closing deals.
What You’ll Do
This is not just a demo-giver role. You’ll manage the entire funnel — from qualifying and pitching to negotiating and closing. Inbound is strong, but we also expect you to dig into outbound where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound to Closure: Convert inbound SQLs into paying customers through personalized Emails, WhatsApp/chat conversations, calls, and demos.
Outbound Contribution: Proactively identify high-potential businesses (from our CRM or external sources), reach out with value-first pitches, and bring them into your pipeline.
Weekend Selling: Many prospects are active outside the typical work week - this role operates Wednesday to Sunday.
Tailored Demos: Deliver product demos that connect WABB to the prospect’s specific pain points — from abandoned cart recovery to customer support automation.
Handle Objections: You’re the expert - clear doubts around pricing, setup, message volumes, green tick, etc.
CRM Ownership: Track your funnel, document lead activity, and keep deal stages updated in the CRM.
Follow-Ups that Convert: Whether it’s WhatsApp, email, or phone - persistence and timing are key.
You Should Apply If You Have:
2–4 years of SaaS sales or inside sales experience - startup experience is a plus.
Proven ability to close deals independently while qualifying like an SDR.
Comfort with both inbound and outbound lead handling.
Experience working with SMBs, agencies, solopreneurs, or D2C founders.
Familiarity with WhatsApp-based automation tools or chatbot platforms (a bonus).
Strong communication, discovery, and follow-up skills.
A natural hustle to exceed targets and own your pipeline.
Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday–Tuesday as off days.
