We are seeking Sales Executives to join our growing team in Thailand. This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong background in freight forwarding, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Freight forwarding experience is mandatory: Candidates without prior experience in this industry will not be considered.
  • Only local candidates will be considered applicants must have a valid work permit for Thailand.
  • Aggressive, field-active sales approach we are looking for proactive sales professionals who can generate new business and drive revenue growth.
  • High commission-based role ideal for candidates with an existing customer portfolio looking to maximize earnings.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve both local and international sales targets.
  • Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to secure new clients.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and partnerships with clients, airlines, shipping lines, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring resolution with a high level of service.
  • Demonstrate expertise in freight forwarding sales concepts and techniques, with a minimum of one to three years of experience in the industry. Logistics operational knowledge is a plus.
  • Show a proven track record in sales success, with the ability to build and expand client networks.
  • Be an independent self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Work effectively within a team-oriented sales environment, contributing to overall company growth.
