Job Summary

Delaware Valley University invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach a range of courses in our online Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) program. We maintain a file of potential candidates for review as need arises. We contact candidates when a match is identified and keep this position continually posted in order to maintain an active pool.

The MHA program offers asynchronous online courses in 15-week terms in the Fall, Spring and Summer terms.

Responsibilities include: Teaching assigned courses under the supervision of the program director; student learning outcomes assessment; participation in ad hoc curriculum development/review and continued professional development.

Ethical, Legal and Policy Issues in Healthcare Management
Marketing and Communications for Healthcare Leadership
Data Analytics and Impact for Healthcare Managers
Quality and Performance Improvement for Healthcare Transformation
Operations and Value-Based Strategies in Healthcare

Position Requirements:

Minimum of a Master’s degree, preferably in healthcare administration (MHA) or in business/management (MBA) with a healthcare focus from a regionally accredited institution.
3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration. Clinical healthcare experience in a leadership role will also be considered.
Prior teaching or training experience is strongly preferred.
