Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary Warehouse Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-performance warehouse and logistics systems that power scalable, automated, and intelligent supply chains. This is not a maintenance role—it’s a strategic position that sits at the forefront of innovation, shaping warehouse environments that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development & Growth within the Product Management & Growth team, this role blends hands-on architecture with high-level strategy. You’ll serve as the product and industry expert in sales, customer, and analyst discussions—championing warehouse design that doesn’t just meet expectations, but redefines them.

Solution Architecture & Design
Develop end-to-end warehouse solutions that improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance operational agility.
Design warehouse layouts and material flows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
Architect seamless integration between automation systems (e.g., AS/RS, AMRs, robotics) and WMS platforms.
Technology & Integration
Collaborate across IT and engineering to implement next-generation warehouse technologies.
Define system requirements and integration protocols with ERP, TMS, and WMS.
Drive adoption of IoT, RFID, AI/ML, and real-time analytics to create intelligent, responsive warehouse environments.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Analyze operational data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Lead the design of lean warehouse processes that improve order accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement simulation modeling and KPIs to drive and measure continuous performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Partner with operations, logistics, IT, and 3PLs to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Lead implementation initiatives from discovery through go-live.
Provide expert training and support to warehouse teams, ensuring solution sustainability and success.
Risk, Compliance & Resilience
Ensure all systems comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Develop mitigation plans for automation failures, cybersecurity threats, and supply chain disruptions.
Design disaster recovery and continuity plans for warehouse technologies.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Warehouse & Logistics Mastery
Proven expertise in warehouse operations, layout design, and logistics.
Hands-on experience with leading WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder).
Automation & Digital Fluency
Deep understanding of automation technologies: conveyors, robotics, pick-to-light, voice, AS/RS, and AMRs.
Experience embedding IoT, AI, and cloud solutions into warehouse systems.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimized workflows.
Skilled in simulation, modeling, and advanced warehouse planning tools.
Execution & Leadership
7+ years of experience managing large-scale warehouse technology projects.
Strong communicator and cross-functional leader with the ability to influence at all levels.
Bonus: PMP, APICS, Six Sigma, or related certifications.
The base salary range for this role is $100,700 to $151,100. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
