Program Manager - HCM

Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading the downstream system integration and IT related activities within a large Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) program. This includes managing the project plan, governance, communications, risks, design, development, testing and delivery, and organizational change management. The resource will work closely with the business on requirements and collaborate with the parent company on program and resource productivity to ensure reporting and timely delivery.

 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the downstream system integration and IT related activities of the Oracle HCM program.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee project governance, establishing effective communication channels and risk management strategies.
  • Drive the design and development phases, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate and manage testing procedures to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Lead the delivery process, ensuring seamless implementation and transition.
  • Manage IT related organizational change, facilitating smooth adaptation to new systems and processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Collaborate with the parent company to optimize program and resource productivity.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure the onboarding process for the acquired company's integration into the Oracle instance, including overseeing over 60 integrations.
Required Skillsets
  • This is a remote role based in the US
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Program Management, preferably within Oracle HCM or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of downstream system integration processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • IT Delivery in Healthcare experience preferred
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable
