About the Role

We are hiring a well-rounded Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, remote-first role focused on end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical positions across industries such as technology, advertising, digital marketing, and more.

You'll work closely with hiring managers in India and internationally (UK, USA, Canada) to source, assess, and close top talent. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a variety of mandates, is eager to grow, and can manage recruiting processes independently with confidence.

A reliable home-office setup is a must. Access to your own sourcing tools or database is a bonus—but tools can also be provided.


What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles – from intake to offer closure

  • Work across a range of functions: tech (developers, engineers) and non-tech (marketing, sales, operations)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles

  • Source talent through Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks

  • Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and communication ability

  • Present clear candidate summaries and interview notes

  • Maintain accurate tracking in ATS, spreadsheets, and reports

  • Build pipelines through proactive outreach, cold calls, and candidate engagement campaigns

  • Collaborate with teammates and hiring managers across multiple time zones


What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), including both tech and non-tech roles

  • Exposure to or interest in advertising, digital marketing, or creative industries is a plus

  • Prior experience hiring for India-based roles, and bonus if familiar with UK, US, or Canadian markets

  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills; comfortable working with multiple roles at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Organized and independent, with the ability to manage time and priorities remotely

  • Must have a dedicated work-from-home setup: laptop/desktop, headset, reliable Wi-Fi

  • Bonus: If you have access to your own sourcing databases or paid tools
