Executive Assistant

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This remote role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and administrative skills, capable of managing complex schedules, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support executive communications including presentations, memos, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the CEO in personal administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
