About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to oversee web development and migration projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to lead cross-functional teams building scalable, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites.

You will also serve as the front-facing representative to global clients, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development teams on projects involving WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, and modern frameworks.
  • Architect and review scalable, high-performance website solutions using React and Next.js.
  • Guide developers on coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver on timelines, requirements, and client expectations.
  • Ensure all deliverables are mobile-responsive, optimized for performance, and accessible.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for international clients, representing SCube Digital with professionalism and expertise.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on web development experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or technical lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Sanity.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web vitals, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with global clients and internal stakeholders.
