About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to oversee web development and migration projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to lead cross-functional teams building scalable, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites.

You will also serve as the front-facing representative to global clients, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development teams on projects involving WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, and modern frameworks.
Architect and review scalable, high-performance website solutions using React and Next.js.
Guide developers on coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver on timelines, requirements, and client expectations.
Ensure all deliverables are mobile-responsive, optimized for performance, and accessible.
Act as the technical point of contact for international clients, representing SCube Digital with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on web development experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or technical lead role.
Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Practical experience with Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Sanity.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, web vitals, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with global clients and internal stakeholders.
