ビークルモーション事業部のブレーキ部門では、自動車の安全性に関わる根幹の技術開発のみならず、昨今注目されている自動運転や車両運動制御（Vehicle Motion Control）の中核機能の開発業務を行っております。
自動運転においては、カメラ・レーダーからの信号を元に運転支援機能やリモート駐車時のブレーキ機能の開発業務を行っています。
また、車両運動制御（Vehicle Dynaics Control）では、クルマの様々な情報（パワートレインやステアリング、カメラ・レーダー等）元に我々のブレーキ製品が車両運動を制御しております。

取り扱っている製品は、ハイブリッド車・電気自動車向けにシェア急拡大している電動ブレーキブースター（iBooster)、デカップルドパワーブレーキ(DPB)及びクルマの安全を司る横滑り防止装置ESPになります。

Within the Vehicle Motion division, the Brake department is involved not only in the fundamental technological development related to automotive safety, but also in the core functions of Vehicle Motion Control and automated driving, which have been attracting attention in recent years.

In the area of automated driving, we are developing driving assistance functions and remote parking braking functions based on signals from cameras and radar.

Furthermore, in Vehicle Dynamics Control, our brake products control vehicle motion based on various vehicle information (powertrain, steering, cameras, radar, etc.).

Our products include the electric brake booster (iBooster) and Decoupled Power Brake (DPB), which are rapidly expanding their market share for hybrid and electric vehicles, and the Electronic Stability Program (ESP), which controls vehicle stability and safety.

• As a Software Project Manager for brake systems for domestic Japanese automakers, you will play an active role.
• You will build strong relationships with customers as a technical liaison and point of contact.
• You will analyze customer requirements specifications and manage schedules and resources.
• You will implement software project management in accordance with internal processes.
• You will lead internal global software project teams to ensure project success.
