Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Development Executive (CDE) to join our Digital Business Services (DBS) practice. This high-impact role focuses on sales origination and closing net new logos by selling Sutherland’s comprehensive suite of transformative services and digital solutions across key corporate functions including F&A, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations.
The CDE is a seasoned relationship builder and strategic thinker who excels at navigating complex client environments and delivering compelling value propositions aligned with each client’s digital transformation journey. With a laser focus on deal velocity, this role leads engagements from opportunity identification to closure, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Post-deal, the CDE supports seamless client transitions in partnership with delivery and engagement to ensure Sutherland remains positioned as a long-term innovation partner and additional growth can be captured.
