Job description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Operations Associate who will report to Senior Manager, Operations and provide the necessary support to our team of Enterprise Account Managers. The incumbent will be the secondary point of contact to our customers and optimize the Enterprise Account Manager’s productivity while ensuring a holistic total customer experience.
 
Responsibilities:
• Respond and follow through customer enquiries on the IT run rate request in a prompt and professional manner.
• Inform customer any unforeseen delays in IT run rate quotation and delivery lead time, as applicable..
• Follow through on pending customer quotations with the respective internal quotation team.
• Support the Enterprise Account Managers to provide timely updates and reply to customer urgent requests.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s products and services offerings
• Actively involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries.
• Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers
• Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
• Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance
• Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or Contracts when necessary
• Participate or lead in new product introductions when required
• Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship
• Other ad-hoc operational requirement
 
Requirements:
• Basic Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales Support with good track records is required.
• Knowledge in IT is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• A team player with high level of dedication
