We’re seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and creative Digital Experience Specialist to join our UX & Brand Experience team. This is a keystone role focused on helping clients create goal-driven, user-centric websites that align with brand identity and drive measurable results.
You’ll be instrumental in guiding website redesign projects—from research and analysis through to content structuring, page building, and testing. You’ll also contribute to broader UX, market research, and brand consultancy initiatives, playing a key role in delivering polished, high-impact client work.
Key Responsibilities - Website Redesign & Optimization:Analyze website performance metrics to inform strategic recommendationsLead content audits and create Keep-Update-Delete reportsDevelop intuitive navigation structures and information architectureDesign and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, Webflow, and others.Provide UX and CRO-focused feedback on wireframes and visual designsEnsure alignment with client brand messaging and visual identityCo-lead the project delivery process alongside a Project ManagerContribute to user journey mapping and documentationConduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of built pages to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, and functional integrity across devices and browsersPropose and implement A/B and multivariate tests to support continuous improvementKey Responsibilities - Brand and UX Consultancy:Conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona developmentConduct information architecture (IA) and UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and gap analysisSupport brand messaging strategy and product positioningCollaborate on naming, copy tone, and style guidance deliverablesAnalyze digital properties such as YouTube channels for branding, UX, and conversion opportunitiesEssential Functions & Success Factors:Deliver high-quality, on-spec work within established deadlinesCommunicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and client stakeholdersCollaborate across departments including design, development, content, and SEOTrack project progress in internal project management toolsReview and edit deliverables from colleagues as part of peer-review workflowsMaintain alignment with client goals and internal quality standardsAssist with formatting, information synthesis, and reporting as neededAdditionally, this role may work toward:Exploring and developing new service offerings, with the support of managers and senior colleagues.Working to understand and gain insights into industry trends and standards around data analysis and reporting, lead generation, design best practice and content marketing in general.Collaborating with senior members of staff to develop strong in-house knowledge stores, policies and processes.Working closely with Brafton's development team, CMS, production teams and other departments, as is helpful, toward the timely and successful completion of these tasks.Growth & Development Opportunities:Contribute to the evolution of service offerings and internal processesStay current with industry trends in UX, data analysis, and content strategyHelp build knowledge libraries, templates, and best practice documentationRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content marketingExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visualProficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)Working knowledge of UX, CRO, and content best practicesComfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpotExperience with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Webflow) is a strong plusFluency in CSS is highly desirableUnderstanding of the modern digital marketing landscapeTime Allocation:70% Independent Contributor Work20% Internal or Client Communications10% Miscellaneous TasksAdditional Requirements:Access to reliable, professional-grade hardware and a stable internet connectionComfort working in a fully remote, deadline-driven environmentWillingness to collaborate across time zones when neededReady to help shape the digital experiences of tomorrow?
