Experience with Odoo, particularly in financial accounting., Knowledge in accounting and system administration., Background in finance, banking, or accounting., Fluent in German with good English skills preferred..

Key responsibilities:

Support the implementation and maintenance of an Odoo-based ERP system.

Manage financial accounting tasks during the project.

Conduct expense reports and prepare additional payments.

Optionally provide ongoing support to the organization over a longer period.

Unterstützung für ERP-Einführung & Finanzprozesse!

Begleite die Einführung und Betreuung eines ERP-Systems auf Basis von Odoo für eine renommierte Kulturorganisation. Dich erwarten spannenden Aufgaben rund um die Finanzbuchhaltung und Systemkonfiguration.

Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Odoo, sowie der Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung (20–30h im Juli)
Durchführung von Spesenabrechnungen und Vorbereitung weiterer Zahlungen (30–40h verteilt über August und September)
Optionale fortlaufende Betreuung der Organisation über eine längere Zeit (5–10h pro Monat)
