We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Virtual Assistant to support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our web assets and tech stack. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of GoHighLevel, Canva (graphic & video) who is eager to learn and execute tasks independently after shadowing the lead, focusing on platforms like GoHighLevel, Canva, ConnectTeams, Trello, ChatGPT, and Grok. Candidates who are passionate or have experience working or volunteering with Christ-centered ministries will be a great fit for our team since that is our focus.

Responsibilities:

Set up, configure, and maintain websites, funnels, workflows, and automations in Go High Level (GHL).
Assist with minor website edits, landing pages, and technical troubleshooting (in GHL or equivalent platforms).
Support online course and webinar setup and management.
Maintain and optimize digital tools and platforms including ConnectTeams, Trello, ChatGPT, and Grok.
Assist in basic graphic and video tasks using Canva.
Help streamline systems integration and improve tech workflows.
Conduct tool and process research to support system upgrades and automation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and virtual events.

Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with Canva for graphic and video editing.
Comfortable using tools like Trello, ConnectTeams, ChatGPT, and Grok.
Basic understanding of landing pages, websites, and online forms.
Tech-savvy and fast learner, especially with new platforms and integrations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Can work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with online course platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable) or webinar tools (Zoom, WebinarJam).
Background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of SEO or digital automation workflows.
Prior experience as a Tech VA or in a tech support role.
Affinity or experience with Christ-centered ministries or mission-driven organizations.
