RESPONSIBILITIES
· Register in the financial system the clients’ transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations within the established deadlines, as well as properly record all operations carried out.
· Monitor the receipt of the necessary documents for the clients' financial closing process.
· Prepare and provide the necessary reports for the financial analysis of each client company, including:
· Monitor the transactions in the clients’ bank accounts to ensure accurate registration in the financial systems.
· Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients’ bankline system and communicate with them for the release of financial processing.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management — or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mid-level Analyst in a previous company.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel.
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
NICE TO HAVE:
· Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar platforms.
· Experience with International financial Systems such as Monday or similar platforms
