What You'll Do

Keep our QuickBooks Online books clean, accurate, and up to date (weekly)
Connect and sync QuickBooks with Monarch and ensure everything flows smoothly
Build weekly reports that show where money is going, how we're trending, and what we need to know
Manage invoices (sending, following up, tracking payments)
Keep vendors and bill payments organized and on schedule
Help with monthly budgeting, forecasting, and projections
Spot financial issues or inefficiencies early and share ideas to fix them
Track taxes, company debt, and compliance tasks with precision
Be available to help answer finance questions across the team
