We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation and business development, a passion for connecting with enterprise clients, and a commitment to driving growth through a data-driven approach. In this role, you will be responsible for fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, targeting, and generating engagement from high-value prospects across multiple industries.

Research and identify potential lead sources/leads within target industries, including corporations, health systems, universities, and government agencies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other lead databases.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to identify and initiate contact with potential clients to set up discovery meetings.
Develop and execute targeted messaging and lead-generation campaigns that resonate with ideal customer profiles.
Implement and manage a variety of lead generation campaigns, including outbound, inbound, ABM, and drip strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to manage lead progression (MQL to SQL to opportunity) and ensure accurate tracking.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve lead quality, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver regular pipeline and performance reports to leadership and executive stakeholders, including board-level reporting.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving needs of enterprise organizations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in B2B lead generation or business development, ideally within enterprise or complex sales environments, preferably in healthcare IT or SaaS.
Skills:
Strong track record of successful lead generation with demonstrated achievement of KPIs
Proven ability to identify and engage executive-level prospects in large organizations
Expertise using HubSpot for prospecting, tracking, and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Self-directed and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
Certifications: None required
Experience in the healthcare or health IT industry
Familiarity with occupational health, employee wellness, and/or electronic health record solutions
Background in selling or supporting SaaS products targeting enterprise clients
Understanding of marketing automation and data enrichment tools
Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and techniques
Experience with international markets
