Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation and business development, a passion for connecting with enterprise clients, and a commitment to driving growth through a data-driven approach. In this role, you will be responsible for fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, targeting, and generating engagement from high-value prospects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential lead sources/leads within target industries, including corporations, health systems, universities, and government agencies.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other lead databases.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to identify and initiate contact with potential clients to set up discovery meetings.

  • Develop and execute targeted messaging and lead-generation campaigns that resonate with ideal customer profiles.

  • Implement and manage a variety of lead generation campaigns, including outbound, inbound, ABM, and drip strategies.

  • Work closely with the sales team to manage lead progression (MQL to SQL to opportunity) and ensure accurate tracking.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve lead quality, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Prepare and deliver regular pipeline and performance reports to leadership and executive stakeholders, including board-level reporting.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving needs of enterprise organizations.




Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in B2B lead generation or business development, ideally within enterprise or complex sales environments, preferably in healthcare IT or SaaS.

  • Skills:

    • Strong track record of successful lead generation with demonstrated achievement of KPIs

    • Proven ability to identify and engage executive-level prospects in large organizations

    • Expertise using HubSpot for prospecting, tracking, and reporting

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently

    • Self-directed and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a remote environment

  • Certifications: None required




Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare or health IT industry

  • Familiarity with occupational health, employee wellness, and/or electronic health record solutions

  • Background in selling or supporting SaaS products targeting enterprise clients

  • Understanding of marketing automation and data enrichment tools

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and techniques

  • Experience with international markets
