5 + yrs - ETRM / Endur Functional or Technical Trainer (Freelance / Remote / Global)

Neorealm Academy is building a first-of-its-kind global talent pipeline for the Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) industry. We are onboarding top-tier freelance trainers with real-world experience in OpenLink Endur or similar ETRM platforms to deliver practical, high-impact training to learners worldwide.

You’ll get to shape the next generation of energy tech talent while working with a passionate, founder-led team committed to excellence.

Location:

Remote (We welcome global trainers from India, Europe, UK, US, Middle East, APAC)

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver online sessions (live or recorded) covering Endur/ETRM functional or technical modules
  

• Use real-world case studies and practical demos wherever possible
  

• Collaborate with our curriculum team to structure sessions into an engaging, outcome-based format.
  

• Prepare or curate exercises, mock interviews, capstone projects, or problem-solving activities
  

• Participate in periodic learner feedback sessions and instructor meets
  

• Provide guidance to learners preparing for interviews or placements (optional but valued)
  

Requirements

We welcome trainers with either functional or technical expertise in ETRM platforms like Endur.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in the energy trading domain or with platforms like OpenLink Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Endur, etc.
  

• Experience working with investment banks, energy firms, or consulting companies
  

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner
  

• Comfortable teaching live sessions or recording high-quality content
  

• Strong communication skills and learner empathy
  

Good to Have:

• Previous teaching/training/mentoring experience (corporate or academic)
  

• Familiarity with learning platforms like Zoom, Teams, or LMS tools
  

• Exposure to broader areas: Trading lifecycle, energy markets, risk management, etc.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or session-based trainer fee based on expertise and delivery mode (live or recorded). Revenue-sharing and long-term opportunities available for high-impact trainers.
