We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern for Talent Coordination to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitating effective candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Update the ATS with new job requirements and share them with the sourcing team.
Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
Upload and maintain an up-to-date database of new candidates in the ATS.
Call shortlisted candidates to verify their skills, experience, and job compatibility, while updating relevant details in the ATS.
Manage the referral process, including soliciting referrals and handling bonus requests.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance recruitment process.
