An Intern-IT Business Analyst will:

Support IT discretionary work and other projects.
Discretionary and Project work will include creating requirements, documenting processes, and creating and executing test cases to ensure development work is production ready.
Craft professional presentations and communication pieces.
Multi-task, work in a team environment, and receive direction from multiple individuals.

Essential Duties:

Create requirements with guidance from analyst team members.
Execute testing on development work.
Assist with creating process documentation.
Create job aids for basic automation deliverables.
Work within Target process to manage work and provide updates to projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Microsoft Office
Basic Computer skills
Detail oriented
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multi-task and work within time constraint
The ability to learn new skills quickly
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Required Education and Experience:

No degree is required but must be enrolled in an Information Systems, Information Technology, or a technically equivalent undergraduate degree program at an accredited university or technical college.
Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

A junior or senior working towards a business or technology degree.
Experience in low code/no code solutions.
