  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and manage updates to projects.

An Intern-IT Business Analyst will:

  • Support IT discretionary work and other projects.
  • Discretionary and Project work will include creating requirements, documenting processes, and creating and executing test cases to ensure development work is production ready.
  • Craft professional presentations and communication pieces. 
  • Multi-task, work in a team environment, and receive direction from multiple individuals.

Essential Duties:

  • Create requirements with guidance from analyst team members.
  • Execute testing on development work.
  • Assist with creating process documentation.
  • Create job aids for basic automation deliverables.
  • Work within Target process to manage work and provide updates to projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work within time constraint
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • No degree is required but must be enrolled in an Information Systems, Information Technology, or a technically equivalent undergraduate degree program at an accredited university or technical college.
  • Or, equivalent military experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A junior or senior working towards a business or technology degree.
  • Experience in low code/no code solutions.
