Job description

Hello!

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate program from the ground up. We need you to launch, manage, and scale our affiliate efforts (potentially through the Impact platform) to increase company revenue and grow our brand.

If you’re well-organized, confident in your communication, and have successful cases in affiliate marketing, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a new program and join an actively growing project.

🦄 About us:

  • We are a mobile and web application (Web, iOS, Android) that enables easy and fast purchases of mobile data packages in any country in the world, leveraging eSIM technology;
  • Our product allows seamless use of internet services while traveling at rates much lower than roaming and without having to search for local operators or purchase physical SIM cards;
  • With grand ambitions, we aim to evolve our services into a comprehensive Travel App that caters to all travel-related needs, making every journey smoother.

💼 What You Will Do

1. Set up our affiliate program:

  • Start the program, set up tracking, commission structure, and onboarding flows.
  • Work with backend developers to integrate tracking pixels and UTM parameters across the checkout funnel.
  • Coordinate with designers and frontend devs to launch an affiliate landing page.

2. Manage affiliate recruitment and outreach:

  • Find and contact potential affiliates (blogs, YouTubers, communities, creators).
  • Pitch the program and onboard partners through email, DMs, and platform outreach tools.

3. Coordinate affiliate materials:

  • Own the creation of a media kit, affiliate T&Cs, and welcome emails.
  • Work with designers to make visuals and creatives for partners.

4. Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance:

  • Monitor conversions, commissions, and top-performing affiliates.
  • Deliver regular reports on affiliate revenue and growth potential.
  • Handle affiliate requests.

🙌 Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs (ideally on platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, or similar).
  • English C1 or higher - you’ll communicate directly with partners and content creators.
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking, UTM parameters, and commissions.
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and keep things well-organized.
  • Comfortable working with developers and designers to ship assets or integrations.
  • Confident writing emails and outreach messages to potential partners.

💪 Bonus Points if You

  • Are familiar with BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, and basic tracking/debugging tools.
  • Have experience creating or maintaining landing pages.
  • Previously worked in a remote team or a startup environment.

🧑‍💻 Work Type and Format

This is a full-time role. You can work fully remotely or from our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw.

🚀 Why You Should Join Ohayu

We’re a compact, focused team building a travel-focused eSIM product used by travelers worldwide. You’ll be our first dedicated Affiliate Manager - meaning you’ll have ownership of the strategy, setup, and growth of this entire direction.

You’ll also work closely with an experienced SEO, product, and marketing team, with no gatekeeping. If you’re organized, ambitious, and know what it takes to build a program that drives revenue, we’ll give you the freedom and support to succeed.
