Requirements

Who you are:

5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of engineering leadership
Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in consulting, outsourcing, or fast-paced product environments

Deep Technical Acumen: Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design, with the ability to dive into technical details when necessary.
Strong knowledge of two or more technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, Go, etc.)
Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience working on or integrating AI/ML solutions is a strong plus, especially in client-facing or product-driven environments
Ability to understand software architecture patterns, contribute to, and guide the evolution of complex system architectures.
Demonstrated ability to introduce and scale engineering standards, tooling, and quality practices
Understanding the intersection between engineering decisions and business outcomes - you are able to balance short-term delivery with long-term value creation for both Intellectsoft and clients.
Experienced in scaling teams, evolving processes, and introducing change in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interaction with international clients and team members.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, supporting discussions on architecture, roadmap, and delivery
Shaping delivery strategies at pre-sales stages (estimations, architecture and process approach, shaping engagement models and team compositions)
Conduct strategic sessions with VP/CTO/CPO client stakeholders
