Why this job is exciting

This is more than a product leadership role. It’s an opportunity to shape how NexusTek delivers scalable, partner-aligned solutions across key verticals. You’ll drive recurring revenue growth by packaging services that combine innovation, compliance, and operational value, positioning NexusTek as the go-to provider for cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and AI-driven managed services.

Who you are

NexusTek is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Product Management to lead the innovation, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a strategic product leader who excels at identifying market opportunities, designing scalable IT services, and building solutions that resonate across diverse industries.

You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to roadmap development, execution, and continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership, you’ll shape how we design, package, and deliver our services, ensuring every product drives measurable value for clients.

You know how to:

Set the Strategy

  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development: Define and communicate a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business goals, address customer needs, and leverage market intelligence.
  • Vertical Market Focus & Differentiation: Drive targeted product strategies for high-growth, compliance-driven industries such as healthcare, financial services, and professional services, conducting market and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation & Balanced Execution: Prioritize the development of customer-centric innovations that deliver real-world value, such as operational automation, cloud optimization, or security-first architecture, while balancing long-term product innovation with short-term delivery goals to drive momentum, market relevance, and measurable business impact.

Drive Execution

  • End-to-End Product Execution & Technical Alignment: Oversee product discovery, definition, and delivery in close collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams; ensure design aligns with technical feasibility, scalability, platform direction, and multi-tenant architecture for MSP/MSSP models.
  • Team Leadership & Scalable Product Practices: Mentor and develop a high-performing product team while fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement; implement scalable frameworks for prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous iteration.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions & Monetization Strategy: Collaborate with service delivery and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet operational SLAs, compliance needs, and partner workflows; optimize monetization through packaging, pricing, and recurring service offerings like cloud management, MDR, and compliance bundles.

Fuel Go-to-Market Success

  • Strategic Positioning & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to define clear value propositions, competitive messaging, and positioning; develop service tiers, usage-based pricing, and partner-ready bundles tailored to specific industry use cases; and create sales enablement materials such as training resources and sales playbooks.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Product Evangelism: Ensure consistent alignment across teams regarding launches, milestones, and customer feedback; act as a public-facing product evangelist at conferences, webinars, and with strategic partners to promote product awareness and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking & Feedback Integration: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, time-to-value, retention, recurring revenue growth, and SLA compliance; establish internal feedback loops to ensure product decisions reflect the voice of the customer and the market.

What You Bring:

Extensive Product Management Experience: 8–10+ years in product management, ideally within B2B technology or IT services, with a proven track record of owning and launching end-to-end product strategies—especially within vertical markets.

Technical & Service Translation Expertise: Skilled at turning complex offerings (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, AI) into clear, value-driven products aligned with SOC workflows, cloud operations, or compliance-based service delivery.

Managed Services & Recurring Revenue Acumen: Deep understanding of the managed services model, including partner-led delivery, multi-tenant tooling, recurring revenue optimization, and channel-led sales strategies.

Industry & Regulatory Insight: Strong grasp of the regulatory and operational nuances impacting sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services; industry background in these areas is a plus.

Leadership & Communication Strength: Experienced in leading cross-functional teams in high-growth or transformation-stage environments; confident communicator with strong storytelling skills, including presenting to senior leadership, customers, and at public forums.
