Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud – Accounts Receivable module.

  • Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Design and document functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components).

  • Lead and support AR-related system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.

  • Handle AR activities including billing, receipts, revenue recognition, and customer account management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GL, AP, FA, Projects) to ensure smooth integration.

  • Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and provide end-user training.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues in a timely manner.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud – Accounts Receivable module.

  • Solid understanding of financial business processes and AR best practices.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including AR setups, customer management, transactions, and receipts.

  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and functional analysis.

  • Exposure to tools like OTBI, FRS, Smart View, or BI Publisher is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
