About the Role

As a Contract Functional Lead for Dynamics 365 CE, you will leverage your hands-on experience to spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet our customers’ strategic goals. Your role involves engaging directly with customers understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships.
  • Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
  • Manage the team, mentor and guide other team members in their professional development.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE products to align with client needs.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and system optimization.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.

Additionally, we’re looking for the following:

  • You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms is essential.
  • You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects.
  • You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members.
