• Supervise and monitor system stability, manage the team to provide application maintenance support activities. Monitor performance of vendor teams and report performance indicators to IT director.
• Follow steps to record, monitor performance of systems. Take necessary actions to maintain performance within guidelines.
• Through documented procedures, identify defects/inefficiencies and make recommendations to streamline processes and improve service and support delivery.
• Work with stakeholders within TennCare and Vendors to maintain and prioritize a list of enhancements, improvements. Work with TennCare stakeholders and vendors to implement.
• Review project schedule, follow and report the progress or status of any development or enhancement work, review documented testing results, user feedback. Notify the Director of any work that is not being completed by the vendor in a timely manner as set forth in the Project Schedule.
• Ensure project complies with best practices, enterprise standards and guidelines, and standard operating procedures as outlined within enterprise standards
• Support, monitor and review systems operation requirements, design documents, and production scenarios provided by the vendor and State teams, ensuring system design meets availability and performance objectives.
• Review and maintain TennCare Audit and Patch management standards, guidelines and procedures on a quarterly basis to follow TennCare' s Governing and Regulatory bodies.
• Maintain a system support model for all assigned systems and its components.
