Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead an existing team of high performing recruiters in executive search, while hiring, training, and developing new recruiters. This is a true player/coach role that would allow someone to be entrepreneurial and managerial while still generating revenue and recruiting on your own searches in a collaborative way.

You will report to Jimmy Dwertman, General Manager – Supply Chain & Operations Practice, and join a local team of 4, and a national team of nearly 30 Executive Recruiters and Partners across the country.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of recruiting experience in addition to sales or business development with 5+ years of leadership experience in building and managing sales and recruitment teams in any functional segment or industry. You must have experience in full desk executive search with the additional experience in contract staffing being a plus.

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
