LifeGuides® is seeking a remote Sales Operations and Enablement Manager.
Qualifications for the Sales Operations and Enablement Manager:
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, to include a minimum of 2 years supporting senior leadership
Experience within an employee benefits, insurance or related field environment
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client engagement. Prior experience within a commission-based environment preferred
Strong expertise in CRM management programs (HubSpot preferred) and email marketing
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a persuasive approach
Self-directed, with the ability to work with little supervision. An entrepreneurial mindset is desired

Responsibilities of the Sales Operations and Enablement Manager:
Support and navigate pre-and post-sales activities, including lead tracking, monitoring sales performance, and proposal creation
Maintain and optimize CRM (HubSpot) to track sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance insights
Ensure data accuracy and generate actionable insights to support account management and strategy development
Regularly review and optimize tracking processes for enhanced team productivity
Establish an executive presence on sales meetings (frequently virtual), attending sales meetings, taking notes and debriefing
Meticulously project manage sales opportunities, executing on key follow-ups and ensuring key tasks happen between sales meetings
Combine preparing for sales meetings with driving the process/follow up, all while anticipating the needs of the clients
Manage and support prospect list creation, as well as email campaigns and drip campaigns for prospect outreach
Develop and maintain compelling sales collateral (proposals, presentations, brochures) that align with client needs and business goals
Organize and manage virtual and in-person sales events, trade shows, and executive briefings
Coordinate promotional materials, event logistics, and post-event follow-ups to enhance engagement and lead conversion
