We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate B2B Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. Working closely with the Senior B2B Marketing Manager, in this role, you’ll help shape the B2B marketing strategy and play a hands-on role in campaign execution and growth across channels including content, email, events, and paid media. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with the data, brand and sales team.
You’ll be the right hand to our Senior B2B Marketing Manager, rolling up your sleeves to support, execute and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and client love. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Data, and Creative teams—because collaboration is how we win.
Although KCL operates as a fully remote organization, this role requires the candidate to be located in or near Boise, Idaho.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Demand Generation: Help build and run campaigns that fill our pipeline and support revenue goals. Execute digital campaigns, email marketing, events, and ABM tactics that make our brand impossible to ignore. Test, track, and optimize everything—landing pages, emails, creative—to boost results. Monitor metrics and share insights to keep us leveling up.
Email Marketing / Salesforce Pardot: Build and send email campaigns and nurture flows in Salesforce Pardot. Segment lists, manage automations, and A/B test to improve targeting. Collaborate with sales to maintain clean CRM data and streamline handoff of marketing-qualified leads.
Paid Media / LinkedIn Ads: Support setup, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns (especially LinkedIn).Analyze performance, test creative/copy/audience, and help maximize ROI. Partner with Creative to develop killer ad assets tailored to GTM goals.
Brand Marketing & Sales Collateral: Create content for sales collateral, LinkedIn ads/organic, email marketing, case studies, and our website. Assist in updating and organizing marketing assets for easy access and use across sales and B2B marketing team.
LinkedIn Organic: Own our LinkedIn presence—draft and post 3–5x/week to spotlight wins, insights, and industry trends. Team up with Editorial and HR for awards, PR, and job posts.
