Minimum Experience

Mid-level

We’re looking for a sharp, operationally-minded Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of creator-led product launches. In this role, you’ll turn go-to-market strategies into clear timelines, briefs, and deliverables - ensuring every detail is handled and every asset goes out on time. You’ll work closely with creators, designers, and brand strategists to bring campaigns to life, from initial planning through post-launch reporting.

This is a highly cross-functional role where precision, clarity, and follow-through are key. If you take pride in making things run smoothly and thrive at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence, you’ll be a perfect fit.

About Juniper

Juniper is a crowdfunding and merchandise platform for independent creators. We don’t just run the funding platform (like Kickstarter), we also create the actual products, launch on creator-branded storefronts, and ship to customers! Juniper has enabled creators to crowdfund specialized products like board games and lava lamps, and fund passion projects like animated shows and charitable initiatives. Since 2016, we’ve created and launched over 2,500 unique physical products and generated over $200M in revenue for creators. Click here to view some of our products and storefronts!

Areas You’ll Own

Own the marketing execution of creator-led product launches.

Work closely with creators and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into timelines, briefs, and deliverables - ensuring launches happen on time and to a high standard.

Drive creator clarity and confidence in every launch.
Ensure creators understand what they’re launching, when, and how - delivering assets early and providing clear, timely communication at every step.

Be the source of truth across stakeholders.
Maintain accurate calendars, trackers, and status updates that keep everyone aligned and focused on what matters most.

Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time, every time.
Coordinate closely with design, strategy, and launch teams - providing clear briefs, managing deadlines, and tracking progress to completion.

QA every marketing deployment and bring issues to ground fast.
Review every asset before it goes live to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment - and resolve any issues quickly and thoroughly.

Translate campaign performance into actionable insights.
Deliver clear post-launch recaps and identify learnings that can improve future launches - for both creators and internal teams.

Help shape and improve our GTM playbook.

Identify recurring blockers or opportunities across launches and propose process improvements to help us scale creator success.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant work experience - You've built a solid foundation across marketing or operations roles, ideally with exposure to multiple launches or campaigns. You show a pattern of growth - whether that’s through promotions, taking on more responsibility, or expanding your scope.

  • Strong go-to-market (GTM) execution experience - You’ve brought consumer-facing campaigns to life across digital channels (email, landing pages, creator/influencer channels, etc.), and know what it takes to move from concept to launch in a high-quality, organized way.

  • eCommerce fluency - You’ve worked directly on online stores - whether managing product pages, coordinating site updates, or driving launch-related changes on a commerce platform.

  • Client-facing confidence - You’ve successfully managed working relationships, ideally with creators, influencers, or clients. You know how to earn trust, get buy-in, and tailor your communication style to different personalities and expectations.

  • Experience in both structured and fast-paced environments - You've worked in different environments, both structured & unstructured. You're energized by pace and ambiguity (not overwhelmed by it) and you’re able to leverage traditional approaches where they make sense.
