Compensation:
USD 1K - 2K/month.

Location:
Remote for Colombia, Brasil, Panamá, México, and Argentina residents.

What makes you a strong candidate:

You are proficient in product roadmap, Scrum, product backlog, and product ownership.
English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.

Ensure alignment between product goals and customer/user expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing).
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Make data-driven decisions to guide product development.
Manage roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with product backlogs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
Ability to work with technical teams and understand software development processes.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
You must have availability to travel so you must have a visa.
