Compensation:
USD 1K - 2K/month.

Location:
Remote for Colombia, Brasil, Panamá, México, and Argentina residents.

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in product roadmap, Scrum, product backlog, and product ownership.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure alignment between product goals and customer/user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to guide product development.
  • Manage roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with product backlogs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and understand software development processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • You must have availability to travel so you must have a visa.
