We're on the hunt for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager with a solid background in the MSP industry to lead our efforts in driving top-of-funnel leads all the way to revenue. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and RevOps to create multi-channel campaigns that actually convert.


Work Setup: Remote | Schedule: Semi-Flexible (8 AM–5 PM EDT / 8 PM–5 AM PHT)

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and MQLs
  • Own Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to tailor ICP-specific messaging
  • Analyze, test, and optimize the full buyer journey—from awareness to conversion
  • Implement lead scoring, build nurture sequences, and track campaign performance
  • Align closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure smooth lead handoff and reporting
  • Manage creative briefs, timelines, and performance dashboards


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in demand generation or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and third-party platforms
  • Experience in the MSP industry is a must
  • Strong grasp of funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and lead scoring
  • Proven success in content distribution across digital channels
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market frameworks
