Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to develop and support the execution of comprehensive sales enablement programs. This role is responsible for designing and deploying training, content, processes, and tools that equip the sales team to excel throughout the entire sales cycle. As a key strategic business partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment with our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in optimizing sales effectiveness and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with overall business objectives, drives revenue growth, and GTM plans set by sales and marketing leadership.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver impactful programs including onboarding, performance skill development, and manager effectiveness, utilizing blended learning approaches and peer reinforcement to enhance retention and application. 
  • Product Launch Support: Ensure the sales team is well-equipped to effectively sell new and existing training solutions by keeping enablement materials up to date with the latest product and market developments.
  • Act as the liaison to the sales team for questions about course content, compliance and addressing other inquiries. 
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to produce relevant, actionable resources, simplifying complex information into digestible formats. 
  • Develop internal content such as pitch decks, competitor battlecards, and other key materials to support sales teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted enablement initiatives. Proactively identify solutions to help address sales enablement needs.
  • Sales Tools & Resources: Create and deploy tools, processes, messaging, and content that support the sales team in achieving revenue goals, ensuring alignment with the latest market and product insights.
  • Project Management: Lead sales enablement projects, including the coordination of initiatives such as sales kick-offs, role plays, and coaching sessions.
  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Establish and implement sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of training programs, and continuously assess and refine based on data-driven insights to ensure they are delivering the desired business outcomes. 
  • Sales Coaching & Support: Establish a sales coaching program and work with frontline managers to embed effective management practices that enhance team performance.
  • Change Management: Drive effective change management and communication for new product or technology rollouts, and sales process enhancements across GTM teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles.
  • Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver sales training programs that drive results.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong background in defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies. 
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact. 
  • Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to succeed in a lean, fast-moving organization and scale operations as the company grows.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not have any direct reports.
