Key responsibilities:

Manage technical and functional aspects of Oracle HR and Payroll modules.

Develop and implement reports using Oracle XML Publisher.

Collaborate with team members to enhance technical and business knowledge.

Ensure continuous improvement and effective communication with stakeholders.

Technical and Functional Skills:

Should have min 5+ years of experience in core technical and functional area of Oracle Ebusiness Suite HR and Payroll Modules
Good Knowledge on Interface and Oracle API’s
Knowledge of Payroll fast formulas
Knowledge of developing reports using oracle XML Publisher
Good Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL
Demonstrate continuous improvement to learn and grow in gaining technical and business knowledge

Other Skills:

Should have good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Should be a good team player with the right attitude to acquire to soft skills along with the Technical/application/business knowledge
Immediate joiner or maximum 20 days of notice period.
