Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and endusers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and userfriendly solutions, with a focus on modern workplace transformation, adoption, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for M365 architecture, migration, and integration projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create detailed documentation.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance best practices across the M365 environment.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and adoption programs for endusers and administrators.
• Support and mentor junior, medior and senior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expertlevel support.

• Qualifications

  Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in Microsoft 365 consulting, architecture, and project delivery.
  • Indepth expertise in one or more M365 areas (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Security & Compliance).
  • Experience with migrations from onpremises to M365 cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, security, and governance in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS100, MS700, MS900, PL200) are highly valued.
