Ganz gleich wo du rund um das Ruhrgebiet sitzt, wir wollen DICH! Das Hauptgebiet deiner Tätigkeit umfasst das schöne Ruhrgebiet, NRW und einen kleinen Teil von Hessen.
Die Position ist Homeoffice-Basiert, daher kannst Du also unsere Kunden von zuhause aus betreuen und bekommst alle Unterstützung von uns, die du brauchst!

What does a Partner Success Manager do, you might ask?
Well, He/she is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work to still the hunger for sustainable energies: You are the "Woo-maker" of our clients! It is some sort of indirect Sales-position, with soft-targets that You will easily achieve, no worries!
So overall this is how it looks like:
- Create Sungrow fans in the installer landscape and influence their purchasing behavior
- Build strong and lasting relationships with distributors and ensure that our targets of growth and excellent customer satisfaction are met
- Assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities
- Execute training programs for existing & prospective installers and distributors in order to educate them about our solutions, their unique features and the Sungrow value proposition
- Participate in creating successful sales and marketing plans for new business initiatives and integrating these
- Act as the voice of the customer and take ownership of their challenges and follow problems through to resolution
- Co-create value propositions based on customer insights
- Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
